4th of July in Lake Tahoe is one of the biggest weekends of the year. There are tons of events and concerts and our fire work show has been rated one of the best in the nation. It is no wonder people flock here from all over the country to ring in this major United States holiday. If you aren’t from Lake Tahoe, finding an affordable place to stay with a large group of friends can be tricky. After all, hotel rates are through the roof and generally book up pretty quickly. If you want to visit the Jewel Of The Sierra for this holiday, consider a vacation rental in Lake Tahoe. The nightly rates are comparable to a hotel, depending on the property of course. When split with a group of people it is usually much cheaper AND you get to live like a local. Amenities include your own kitchen (saving you money on eating out for every meal), parking (saving you money on valet tipping) and your own laundry facilities (saving you from spending money on hotel laundry services or running out to buy something if you stained one of your outfits). We still have some Lake Tahoe vacation rentals left for 4th of July 2016. Check out this great list of vacation rentals in Lake Tahoe:
